Needle Aponeurotomy Ten month follow-up after needle release (needle aponeurotomy) of Dupuytren's contracture. This patient with stage four disease and 175 degrees of bend had more than 120 degrees of improvement in finger extension. This required one treatment under local anesthesia. The other fingers showed significant gains in extension also.
